Autostoeltje.nl will inform you as best as possible about shipping and shipping costs. We transport all orders with reputable carriers such as DHL (parcels), DPD (dropshipping) and PostNL.
In order to be able to offer the widest possible range, we deliver items both from our own stock (warehouse Netherlands) and directly from our warehouse in France where the production of the car seats and accessories takes place. This way we are able to offer you a much wider range of products.
Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be delivered tomorrow (Warehouse NL).
All orders received before 3 pm are automatically passed on to our logistics department. They then get to work ensuring that your order is packed in time and dispatched the same day. In 95% of the cases, your order will be delivered the next day. For our Belgian customers, we usually need one extra working day. If you are not at home, you can make a new appointment online with the carrier.

Track&Trace: As soon as your package is ready for shipment you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with a DHL track&trace link. You can change your delivery preferences (change delivery day, drop-off permission etc) via this link until 23:59 on the same day.
3-7 working days (Warehouse FR)
If you order an item that will be sent by the manufacturer, please allow for a delivery time of approximately 4-7 working days.

Track&Trace: As soon as your package is ready for shipment, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with a DPD track&trace link. This email contains clear instructions on how to follow your package in the Dutch DPD environment (DPD France and DPD Benelux currently use a different software system).
Shipping status of your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is ready for shipment. This email contains a link to the carrier's website. Please note: it may take several hours, or up to the next business day at the latest, before the order becomes visible in the DHL/DPD track & trace system. Did you only order parts? Then we will send it with PostNL and you will be notified by e-mail as soon as we have sent your shipment. Mailbox packages do not have a track & trace link.
What is the delivery time of my product?
The delivery time for each product is clearly indicated on the product pages. It is also possible to filter the products by delivery time. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service.
Pick up your order
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse in Zaandam.
All weekend orders are processed on Monday.
